Ukrainian law requires a registered local attorney for every applicant based outside the country, so instructing us is not an option but a formality — our job is to make that formality painless.
We do not approach your clients. Everything runs through you, in your name, on your letterhead if you prefer.

Flat professional fees plus official fees at cost. What we quote is what you are invoiced — no per-letter or per-email charges.
Reporting in English
Filing receipts, office actions and decisions translated and summarised, with our recommendation and the deadline stated up front.
Docketing you can rely on
Every term is docketed in our own monitoring system and confirmed to you. Renewals are flagged well before the deadline, not after.
Conflict checks
Run before instructions are accepted. If we cannot act, we say so on day one rather than after the file is opened.
What we handle

| Madrid designations | Local representation on Ukraine designations and responses to provisional refusals within the 3-month term. |
| Searches and opinions | Identity and similarity searches with a written clearance opinion, usually in 1–3 business days. |
| Office actions and appeals | Substantive responses, oppositions, proceedings before the Board of Appeal. |
| Recordals and renewals | Assignments, licences, name and address changes, 10-year renewals. |
| Patents, utility models, designs | PCT national phase, direct filings, industrial designs. |
| Enforcement | Customs IP register, pre-trial claims, litigation and Antimonopoly Committee proceedings. |
